Tom Collins
The quintessntial 1960's suburban America drink.
~ 2 ounces Strait Gin
~ 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
~ 1/2 ounce simple syrup
~ 3 ounces chilled club soda
~ lemon slice
~ maraschino cherry
Pour the Strait Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into an ice filled
Collins glass ( or highball). Top with club soda and stir gently.
Garnish with the lemon slice and cherry.
