Traditional Shine Wedding Punch
Enjoy PEI's Traditional Wedding Drink
~ eight 12 ounce cans frozen pink lemonade
~ four 12 ounce cans frozen lemonad
~ four 12 ounce cans frozen orange juice concentrate
~ 2 cups sugar
~ 70 cups water
~ 4-5 bottles Strait Shine (750ml)
Mix all of the ingredients and chill. When ready to serve add sliced
lemons, oranges and cherries and a touch of 7 Up to each bowl.
This recipe can be doubled or reduced to smaller volumes by dividing
the portions equally.
