Founded in 2006 by Paul and Angela Berrow and joined shortly thereafter by Ken and Danielle Mill. The company was established with the express intention of producing spirits with a history and heritage unique to Prince Edward Island and The Maritimes. From the outset our vision has been to hand-craft high quality, unique, distilled spirits. With each of the group having a background in science and public service, these skills have adapted well to the art and science of distillation.

Each product is proudly distilled, aged, bottled and labelled on site here in Rollo Bay, PEI. Each product is carefully created from our own unique and historical recipes.

The pride of our distillery is our beautiful state of the art copper still. Hand-crafted in Germany by Christian Carl, this exceptional batch still gives us precise control over the whole of the distillation process. This allows us to capture the individual essence and flavours unique to each of our products.

In a mass market dominated by corporate conformity, we aim to stand out from the crowd.
